This two bedroom, one bathroom home is simple, neat, clean and offers a front porch, rear screened veranda, internal laundry and an adequate kitchen to prepare your meals whilst overlooking the private, large back yard. ‘Old Salty’ also offers a large, lockable, drive through garage which means there is plenty of room for the boat and car.
Ideally located, means this holiday home has a range of activities within walking distance from your front door. Walk to the beach or into town for some shopping or simply watch the world go by from one of the many cafes or restaurants in the main street. Also, a great location for golf lovers as Yamba Golf Course is a casual stroll away.
‘Old Salty’ is for the budget minded traveller and provides no bells and whistles. It is the perfect place to reconnect with the simple pleasures of a beach house and seaside living.
