PRESIDENTIAL TWO BEDROOM SUITE - 2,000 square feet is perfect for FAMILIES or GROUPS. Enjoy a master bedroom suite with KING bed, sitting area, a spacious full bath (with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity) and a private balcony.
The large living area has a sofa bed, full kitchen, dining area, guest bath and balcony. Relax on your private balcony with sweeping views of the surroundings of the beautiful Hacienda.
The second bedroom suite, which can be closed off from the main living space, has TWO QUEEN beds, a sitting area, a full bathroom with jetted tub, a kitchenette (with refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker) and private balcony.
The Presidential Two Bedroom Suite has a Maximum OCCUPANCY of 8 guests.

• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged. items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.

Check in is available on SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND MONDAYS.
CHECK-IN after: 4:00 PM CHECK-OUT before: 11:00 AM
This is a floating week. The unit is rented in 1 week (7 NIGHT) blocks. All weeks are available except Christmas, New Years and Easter Weeks.

MESSAGE ME WITH YOUR CHOICE OF DATES for the WEEK and I will confirm ASAP if the exact week you desire is available. Please allow a couple hours (or 1 day, depending on the time and my ability to contact the resort) for confirmation.

My cancellation refund policy is different than any of the options that I had to pick from. I chose the cancellation policy option of “None - which states that the traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking any time after it is accepted”. If you cancel your booking at least 45 days before check-in I will give you a full refund (minus the service fee and minus a $75 reservation fee).

At check-in, you will be asked for ID and a credit card imprint to cover any credit card charges made during your stay at the resort. This resort does not use cash.
At check-out, you will be charged the mandatory Mexican state lodging tax (room tax).
Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as the renter.
