Spacious & bright 10th floor apartment with fully equipped with Kitchen.
Large balcony, beautiful views & Sunsets. Greenery is re-invigorating during the day.
Several beautiful parks nearby.
4K Smart TV will help you relax in evenings.

Lovely place under 5 minutes to Metro, grocery stores, coffee shops, local boutiques, parks, restaurants, and anything your heart desires.
Very spacious and bright 10th floor apartment.
The apartment comes fully equipped with Kitchenware and Bath supplies.
Large balcony offers beautiful views of the surroundings: Sunset colours and Night views of the Eglinton&Yonge area are stunning.
Greenery is re-invigorating during the day.
Open concept Dining & Living Room area with Floor-to-Ceiling windows really brings in light and expands the space.
North facing exposure means the apartment doesn’t get hot in the summer. However, a portable A/C is also included. Windows were upgraded recently and have great sound isolation, however the street is quiet anyways.

Bathroom and kitchen faucets & shower were upgraded recently.
The bedroom comes with a Queen size bed with a paediatric mattress (one side softer, one side firmer). Laundry located in the building and costs 2.50$/load.
The bicycles pictured are my personal and do not come with the rental.
Large closet in the bedroom and entrance areas, (two smaller closets in living room will not be available).
