This is a very comfortable house in a really quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The amenities are nice and the owners were very responsive and helpful with a few small issues. I enjoyed being out in the country with all of the farm animals and yet only 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants, in Lincoln. Thanks so much for providing a comfortable and quiet place while visiting for my best friend's celebration of life.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and had all the small things that are so nice to have when staying away from home. Hard to beat the nice weather with the windows and doors open letting the breeze blow through.

Peaceful Retreat

This property is a great getaway! It’s secluded and peaceful. Waking up and seeing the cows and geese, makes you feel like you are far away from city life. It has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend!

Property was as advertised. Very remote. Don’t arrive after dark or you may not find it. We were surprised to see all the large out buildings on the property but it was not a problem. Please have your cleaning crew clean the ceiling fans.

This vacation rental was nice overall; however, it appears no one is really on vpoint to manage the premises. When we arrived, it was over 100 degrees and the AC was turned off. It was well over 100 degrees and after turning on the AC, it was after 2am before any of us could sleep. Additionally, the instructions noted keyless entry, but the place was unlocked and a key was in the screen door.

We shared the feedback with the homeowner and wanted to share the following:- The thermostat was later found to be defective and has since been replaced, so the A/C now cools the home efficiently.- The property has also been removed from the PG&E SmartAC program to avoid future interruptions.- Entry instructions have been clarified to ensure guests understand the keyless system, and the property is always secured between stays.We appreciate this feedback and are confident that future guests will find the home fully comfortable and welcoming."

Country peace and quiet

I stayed with my grandchildren for the 4th of July activities with nearby friends. The rental is set on a country property overlooking a pond (not for swimming) with ducks and 2 friendly cows.The rental has 3 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen that is well stocked with small appliances including a Keurig, air popcorn popper and plenty of cooking pans.The owner graciously left a welcome snack basket and water in the refrigerator which was much appreciated as it was 107 degrees!The living area and dining area are comfortable for relaxing. The beds are comfortable and there are ample linens and towels.Morning coffee and evening wine are a wonderful way to enjoy the covered porch that overlooks the pond area. My granddaughter summed our stay up with "this is the best, I hope we stay here again" and we will when we are back in the Auburn / Lincoln area.

Fun in Lincoln, CA Ranch

The was one of the best places that I have rented with VRBO. We are three women and felt very safe here. There are three The kitchen modern and the everything that you need to cook there were snacks and water with a note to help ourselves. That was very welcome because we didn't go shopping until the next morning. The washer and dryer is good size and new. The grounds are spacious and we enjoyed looking out the back window to see ducks on the pond and cows walking around. There is a deck where we had coffee and wine on. I would recommend having a car. We did use Lyft one night to and from the casino for a concert but not sure if they would want to come out to the ranch later at night. We had dinner and lunch at Dillians Bar and Grill in Lincoln and what we had was was excellent. Teresa responded right away when I had a question. We ladies agree that if we ever go to Lincoln again we will come here. Thanks Karen, Tj and Janis
