Agradecemos por compartilhar sua experiência! Que bom que gostou da casa. Lamentamos pelo incômodo, iremos comunicar aos funcionários sobre essa questão que será de fácil resolução. Poderíamos ter resolvido a questão se tivesse nos informado, estamos sempre à disposição dos hóspedes para qualquer problema durante a estadia. Quanto aos mosquitos, por estarmos em uma área próxima a natureza, eles estão mais presentes. No que está dentro do nosso controle, fazemos dedetização a cada 6 meses para maior conforto dos hóspedes. Também deixamos repelente à disposição. Em relação ao acesso, estamos buscando soluções junto à associação e à prefeitura para melhorar as condições, mas quem está acostumado com áreas rurais está ciente dessas dificuldades. Nós tentamos entrar em contato com bastante antecedência para enviar mais informações, inclusive sobre esta questão do acesso para que o hóspede alinhe as expectativas e fale sobre suas preferências e condições essenciais para prepararmos e personalizar a estadia para ter a melhor experiência possível. Porém, não obtivemos sucesso, mesmo durante a estadia .
