Clean, private 1 bedroom suite with a queen size bed and living area, (no full size kitchen), with mini steam/toaster oven and microwave for an easy meal. 20 mins drive to downtown. 5 mins walk to nearby restaurants. 5 mins walk to hot tub/jacuzzi, huge swimming pool, fitness gym, ice rink, jogging track, park area!

Why they chose this property
Our neighbourhood is a wonderful, safe, and central residential neighbourhood with great convenience to restaurants, coffee, groceries 3 blocks away. Public transit is very convenient within 1-3 blocks. Within 4 blocks, we have a public park (dog-friendly), outdoor jogging track, and public community centre with large indoor pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, steam room, ice-skating rink, fitness centre/gym. You will enjoy our tree-lined neighbourhood!
