This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment over one level is bright and breezy with open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening out to the covered balcony from which to enjoy the views that extend the length of Main Beach towards the Gold Coast. The kitchen has granite benchtops and stocked with all the necessities of home.

The spacious main bedroom with ensuite & bath, opens out to the balcony.

Every year, more than 10,000 humpbacks migrate past Point Lookout. You can track them as they head both north and south from the comfort of the lounge room through floor to ceiling windows or several covered deck areas from each room. The south-east aspect provides expansive uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea and the pristine white sands of the 35km long Main Beach.

The property has all the amenities you want without the crowds including lift access direct to the door, walk-in shower for guests with mobility issues, swimming pool, BBQ area, gym, games room and secure underground parking.

This is a self-contained, self-catered apartment. EV owners can take advantage of 2 x 2.4kW Alchemy charge points within secure guest only carpark. BYO portable charger.

A beautiful place to stay

Very spacious and clean fully contained apartment with sensational uninterrupted views of the ocean - all the way to the Gold Coast. A short walk to the beach, Gorge Walk and local eateries. It was the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The owner Damara was very good to communicate with and made getting in out a breeze. Highly recommend.

We rented this property for a parents getaway weekend (no kids). This property is very well located, quiet, has uninterrupted views and a good deal of privacy. It is exactly as per the photos. The check-in was very easy (great to not have keys to worry about!) as was the parking arrangement. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with plenty of utensils, towels, soaps etc. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Would come here again!
