This is a fantastic, modern condo. Its layout and design resemble a New York loft with all of the benefits of the Florida sunshine! It is an open concept: kitchen, dining, living room, lanai. As well, it is no more than 20 steps to the pool and Jacuzzi.

Kitchen: high end appliance, granite, etc.
Both bathrooms completely renovated.

Emerald Greens is a lovely place to spend your winter. Owners and renters alike return year after year.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The most time consuming work for the cleaners is laundry. If possible, please keep up with beach towels, etc. towards the end of your stay. That would be a great help.
On the morning of Check Out, please strip the sheets. Move all sheets and towels to the laundry room. Replace any moved furniture.
Remove all perishable items. Empty the trash. Leave the Welcome Folder, pool key, and garage door opener on the counter. Leave the keys under the mat at the front door.. Safe travels home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Place

The unit was pretty much as advertised. The unit was ready and we’ll cleaned when we arrived. It is an easy walk to the Supermarket and Target. There is a great pool right outside the back door. The internet was strong enough with very few interruptions and there were TVs and cable in the living room and bedrooms. The owner, Adrianna was extremely responsive and answered questions quickly and perfectly. Only 3 issues that were not major issues but could easily be resolved. There was an espresso machine that we couldn’t use, the ice maker in the fridge did not work and the barbecue on the front patio needs some maintenance. None of the issues were enough to affect our stay or the rating. Just a few little things that would make the unit absolutely perfect. We highly recommend the place and if you stay here you won’t be disappointed.
