Blue Water Villa A faces the beach and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 loft and 1 full bath that can accomodate up to 8 guest. Perfect for smaller groups. The crossover is a short walk to the beach. This location offers a covered front porch for great views of the amazing sunrises. On main floor they have a master bedroom with 1 queen and a 2nd bedroom with 1 queen, 1 twin over double bunkbed. The 3rd bedroom is the loft area with 4 twin beds. They offer a Smart TV in LR area and both bottom Bedrooms. Wi-Fi works throughout the villa. This property is next door to Y-Knot Blue Water Villa J and right around the corner from Blue Water Villa H for those needing more space. This villa is pet friendly, arrangements must be made in advance to bring your furbaby. Limited parking 4 vehicles (or 2 smaller trailers & 2 vehicles etc.).
Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
