HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please dispose trash in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 4 to 5 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area.
IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. For additional parking, a gravel area next to the Clubhouse is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, oversized vehicles, or cars with loud modifications. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

This was a perfect fit for 8 co-workers attending a business conference. It had enough king/queen rooms with ensuites, a spacious layout, and a great price compared to a hotel.There are a few minor cosmetic wear issues, due to high rental traffic, but overall it was a good choice and we’d book it again.

Nice for a Large Gathering

Overall, we had a great time. The host communicated well. The good: 1. Large space that accommodated our group comfortably. 2. Property was clean.3. Nice location.4. The pool was nice and clean. The cons:1. While the property was mostly clean, there is old carpet that has stains and some areas smell of pet urine. 2. The listing mentioned most all rooms had kings. However, some of the king bed rooms were actually queens.

Nice house wrong neighborhood

The property was amazing, if only we could have picked it up and put into another area. We new it was gonna be something when we asked about extra parking and the gate guard laughed and said good luck. Thank God my son in law was out for his normal nightly exercise, when he came back there was a wrecker truck about to back up for one of our vehicles. He hastily began to back up even after he asked what was the problem. He didn't speak to him until he had the vehicle hooked. Then said that the bumper was one inch on the street line. Mind you, not the street but the street line, smh. we had to pay him 125 to get him to unhook our vehicle. there is not ample enough parking for how huge the house is. I would recommend they tell people that you can only part a set number of vehicles and do not, I say it loudly DO NOT let your bumper sit close to the street line.

Pretty good but needs a few tweaks

All in all, the property was pretty decent. The number of rooms and size was great for our group. We had a few concerns with the following, however:1. There was a small piece of glass left on one of the outside couches that wasn’t clean up.2. There were red streaks on the door in the “dragonfly” (green) room that may be related to the broken glass (not sure, pure speculation).3. The hose was left in the pool upon arrival.4. The concierge or property manager wasn’t very responsive the first day through the app. We had to call to get a few concerns addressed hours after they were submitted online. He was very friendly on the phone though.5. They charge 45 per day (3 days min) for heat for the pool and jacuzzi but it never got hot (only warm) and the system would turn on and then just shut off (allegedly it’s supposed to cycle but that didn’t happen). 6. Parking was a joke. You can’t park on the street and they don’t like for the cars to block the sidewalk which means only 3 cars can fit on the driveway. You have to find parking that can be anywhere from a 7-9 minute walk away. For a house with this many rooms, that’s a bit ridiculous. Be sure to plan ahead.

Overall, Positive with a couple of challenges

I first want to start with the positives. The house is as advertised. It was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the first floor as it was a great place for the family to gather. A nice feature is that it has two refrigerators. Upon arrival, we did note there was a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms and immediately reported it along with a picture of the hole. There were a couple of challenges but we overcame them. First, the towels were small and thin so we went to COSTCO and bought bath towels for the family. Second, Parking is really a challenge. For a house with 12 bedrooms, we had multiple people with cars (we were all from out of town and rented cars). While there is a garage, it is used as a game room. The overflow space was filled so family members who were staying elsewhere came one night and parked in what they thought was a legitimate space. Two cars were towed. The security guard was quite rude and would not share where the towing place was. It should be noted that the tow trucks are perusing the area and we saw several cars towed. The next day we asked the security guard (who was different) about where to park legally as there was difficulty the day before. He was very helpful but it should be noted that one car had to park outside of the housing complex because there was no space inside. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations. We were there for a family funeral so it was a wonderful space for family to gather and share memories.
