The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the two additional bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed in one, and a tri-bunk in the other, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With two bathrooms, including one ensuite to the master bedroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to freshen up and unwind after a day of exploration.
One of the standout features of John's River Retreat is its pet-friendly policy, allowing you to bring your furry friends along to enjoy the vacation experience with you. The expansive outdoor space provides plenty of room for pets to roam and explore, while the river access allows for refreshing swims and leisurely strolls along the water's edge.

BATHROOMS
Ensuite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity while the main bathroom features a spa bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet.

KITCHEN/DINING
Spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Electric oven with gas cooktop.
*Please note this property does not have a dishwasher and the vintage fireplace oven is purely for display and not functional.

LOUNGEROOM/ENTERTAINMENT
Lounge area off the kitchen features a smart TV, as well as the second loungeroom for all your streaming needs. Wifi is available at this property.

HEATING/COOLING
A reverse cycle split system air conditioner is in the kitchen/dining area, as well as a coonara woodfire heater. Please note you will need to supply your own firewood for this property.

LAUNDRY
Washer & dryer is provided.

OUTDOORS
The outdoor space is enclosed for convenience for your pets and young ones. Outside of that there is plenty of space to run around and the backyard leads to direct river access.
*Please ensure you are keeping an eye on children and pets outside of the enclosed area at all times.

John's River Retreat is a pet friendly property. We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.

There is ample parking space on the property, with space for 1 car under the carport.
