This is a chic 4 bedroom plus pull out in bsmt fully luxury renovated 2 story with a finished walk out basement to a huge yard backing onto the conservation area and Rideau trail. Dedicated professional office with quality printer and 3 work stations. Wifi high speed internet throughout the house. Fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with new "HUSH" mattresses, bamboo sheets, duvets and pillows. Ideal for executives, professionals and families. Beautiful property

I had arranged a family ladies weekend in Kingston, Ontario. The house was amazing and everyone commented on how comfy the beds, pillows and linens were. Walter was always quick to response and very accommodating. We definitely would stay there again. I highly recommend this VRBO

We loved the house. The master bedroom was excellent. It was well equipped thought not enough sink dish washing and washing machine detergants. We would have also appreciated more towels.

thanks for your 5 star review! there is a large almost full jug of dishwashing detergent in the laundry closet behind the washing machine. I will add a sign to the machines saying where it is. curious about the towels as many that were laid out for you were unused?

Family Wedding

We went to Kingston to attend a family wedding. The house location was perfect and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was amazing!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the living areas were comfortable and great for relaxing together.The bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The backyard space was huge. The location was ideal very close to Queens University, yet quiet and peaceful. Beautiful Home

This beautifully renovated home is located in a quiet mature neighbourhood and has everything you need. It has a well-equipped modern kitchen. The huge dining room table easily seats 12 people. The huge yard has plenty of space for kids and backs on to a woods. There are lots of games and puzzles. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
