The property accommodates up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including a private suite above the garage with its own king bed, full bath, and kitchenette, perfect for extended family or guests seeking extra space.
The main cottage features full A/C, and the suite is equipped with portable A/C and additional fans for added comfort.
Outdoors, unwind on the spacious dock, enjoy kayaking, pedal boating, swimming, or fishing, or simply relax on the deck, sitting in the Muskoka chairs with a drink in hand. Evenings are best spent around the fire pit, while kids can be near by on the swings, or watching the sun set across the lake.
For entertainment, enjoy foosball, mini basketball, board games, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and nearby golf clubs, everything you need for a memorable lakeside experience.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, including outdoor spaces and amenities, except for the mechanical room, garage, and a few locked closets in the basement.
Access to the suite above the garage is provided based on group size and booking details.
HOUSE RULES:
Respect & Noise:
• Family-oriented property, no parties, events, or loud music.
• Quiet hours: 10 p.m.–9 a.m.
• Minimum age 25 to book; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property; no unregistered visitors.
Failure to comply may result in eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit.
PET POLICY:
• Up to two well-behaved dogs allowed (no puppies).
• $200 cleaning fee per booking; host approval required.
• Pick up after pets and keep them off furniture and bedding.
SMOKING:
• No smoking or vaping indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, and shisha.
• Smoking allowed outdoors only using the ashtray provided on the patio table.
• Please extinguish fully and dispose of responsibly.
Cleaning fees starting at $500 (up to $750 for deep cleaning or damage) may apply for violations.
SEPTIC SYSTEM:
Flush toilet paper only.
Do not dispose of wipes, tampons, Q-tips, paper towels, floss, or other items.
Repair costs from misuse are the guest’s responsibility.
LAUNDRY & GARBAGE:
• Laundry use permitted for stays of 7 nights or longer only ($100 fee for violation).
• Use provided garbage bins indoors; do not leave food or trash outside.
• Dispose of garbage and recycling at 87 Airport Road, Parry Sound (P2A 2W8) before checkout.
• Leaving waste behind will incur a $250 removal fee.
KINDLY FOLLOW THE RULES BELOW:
• Remove shoes inside.
• Keep doors and windows closed when away.
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms; keep luggage off beds.
• Clean pet paws before entering.
• Do not rearrange furniture or use glitter/confetti ($300 cleaning fee if found).
• Indoor fireplace use not permitted for safety.
• Turn off electronics and HVAC when leaving.
OUTSIDE:
• Wipe down BBQ and patio after use.
• Store food indoors to avoid wildlife.
• Empty ashtray and keep deck tidy.
• Wear lifejackets when using kayaks or pedal boat.
• Return water equipment and lifejackets to their original places.
• Supervise children at all times near the lake and sandbox.
• Pick up after pets (“Poop & Scoop”).
• Use caution in bad weather or if non-swimmers are present.
FIRE PIT:
• Use only the designated fire pit.
• Contact host for fire ban status before lighting.
• Burn wood only, no trash or debris.
• Fully extinguish fires with water after use.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS:
• No illegal drugs or illicit behavior.
• Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY:
• Report any damage immediately.
• Guests are liable for damage to property, furniture, or equipment.
• Costs beyond the security deposit will be charged and reported to Airbnb or VRBO.
• Guests stay at their own risk and assume responsibility for safety on the property and lake.
