I would stay here again in a heartbeat

We had a lovely weeklong visit at Owl House. It worked out perfectly for our family of 3. Alway great to have a second bathroom with a big beautiful tub! Maureen made everything easy and helped in so many ways when we had questions. Having the use of a washer/dryer was such a luxury. It had been very hot when arriving but we used the spa when it finally cooled off. We slept amazingly well that night! The neighborhood was unbelievably lovely and gave you the true experience of living in Québec.

This rental is our main jouse during the school year with our 2 kids. We took advantage of many summers in the city and love to return for all the activities it has to offer and there are so many of them. For the past 3 summers we move into a family cottage about 40 min away which allows us to share our city house which we think of as a city cottage too.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love Limoilou. The closeness to old Qc, the river, the park at the end of our street, the mural art and all the shops on 3rd avenue. Whats not to love! Plus, it has a great local vibe that we have not found in any other neighborhood. Limoilou is the place to be.

What makes this property unique

First it a detached house not something you see in Limoilou. Its also far from the street so there is less noise and so much more privacy with our fenced in yard with trees. Of course, its also unique because we have a hot tub, a rooftop terrasse and a private parking spot.
