Super clean, Bright 1 Bdrm suite in Quiet Cedar Valley with AC and Fireplace

Bright, ground floor one bedroom suite, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Mission, BC. Great central location close to parks, biking/hiking trails, Rec centre (complete with Gym, swimming pool, ice rink, water park), Clarke theatre, UFV campus, fishing, the race track and much more. Conveniently located within a 5 min walk to local bus stop, convenience store or liquor store. Have a vehicle?! Great! drive just 5 minutes into town for all your needs. Cascade Falls is only a 20 min drive away and the World Renowned Harrison Hot Springs only a beautiful, picturesque 40 min drive from door to door. Approx 75 min drive into Vancouver or avoid possible traffic and take the train. It’s only a 6 min drive to the nearest station.
Our suite kitchen offers a well stocked spice cupboard, condiments, and all the utensils you can think of. If we don’t have it, shoot me a message and we can possibly deliver.
Cozy bedroom boasts an adjustable bed with top of the line mattress for the most comfortable sleep.
Sofa bed in the living room offers a queen size mattress.
Keyless entry for your convenience.
Come and enjoy! We’re ready for you.
Note: this is our family home so should you require anything at all, hosts are upstairs and available as needed.
Quiet time: we request no loud noises after 11pm or before 8am.
Pets: although we do have a small non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog ourselves, due to allergies in the home, we are not accepting any other pets at this time.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The person making the reservation must be the person staying in the suite. We do not accept third party bookings.
Long weekends require 3 night minimum

From start to finish this place was lovely and so were the owners. It was spacious clean quiet and in a lovely area. I had a bit of a hiccup with the directions and keyless entry but the owners were so kind and helpful that it made my experience better. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay with privacy and quiet

I attended my daughter college graduation and wanted to stay somewhere less transient. This was a perfect little place for me and my younger daughter. It has everything you need and more including fun games to sit around the table and do while we relaxed. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay some place clean quiet and private. It is definitely a home away from home, which is very comfortable while you're traveling.

From hiking and biking trails, to parks, lakes, golfing, and skiing all within a 5 - 40 min drive from door to door. What’s not to love for the outdoor enthusiasts.
