You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in our centrally located, freshly painted, super charming home.

Upon entering you will find a cozy living room with a TV set up for streaming all your favorite shows at the end of a long day sightseeing.

Continue on to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or large meal. A quick meal can be enjoyed in the kitchen while the patio is the perfect spot for a group meal.

On the 2nd floor you'll find a full bathroom, designated work space and the first of three inviting bedrooms.

On the 3rd floor you will find another cozy queen bedroom along with a third bedroom furnished with a daybed. This bedroom is perfect for escaping to read a book or spreading out a yoga mat (we've got you covered).

We're sure you will love calling our charming little home your home during your time in Philadelphia.

Guests have full access to the entire home and back patio, as well as the basement if they need to do laundry.

Rates and minimum stays are subject to change during holidays and special events.

Check in is anytime after 4:00 pm.
Check out is at 11:00 am.
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. If guests break this rule, they will be charged an additional fee of $2,500 to cover the deep cleaning services needed.
-Please leave the home in the condition you found it. (Doors locked, Windows closed, dishes washed, trash bagged).
-Respect the neighbors. This home is located in a residential neighborhood and must abide by city noise regulations (8AM-10PM). Do not host parties.
-Missing or lost keys will result in a $75 key replacement fee.
-Guests checking out more than 30 minutes late will be charged for an extra day.
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age (unless with a parent). This is much like renting a car.
-For safety and to assure that our home is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and/or objectionable to future guests there is to be no smoking, of any kind, inside the home. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, hookahs, incense, vapes, etc. If evidence of any smoking is found in the home (odor, ashes, etc.), guests will be charged $550 for the order of an odor removal/air purification process.
-No unauthorized guests in the home -- even to visit.
-If items are left behind and require being returned, guests are responsible for the price of shipping plus a $5 handling fee.
-For guests who book an early check-in or late check-out, these fees are non refundable should a guest decide to cancel their reservation.
-We cannot always accommodate a reservation or date change alteration, or provide exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please keep that in mind when booking your stay. We recommend buying travel insurance.
-For stays longer than a week, we will provide supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.) to get you started, but long-term guests are expected to restock supplies for themselves during their stay.
