Welcome to our 1-bedroom apartment designed to make your vacation ideal. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and direct access to the balcony. There's a full ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The living room gets lots of natural light through the sliding glass doors, and there’s a sofa bed, a powder room (half bath) and a TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a dining table for four to eat in the peace and comfort of home. When in the mood for some outdoor fun, the common area has a refreshing swimming pool and a grill, shared with the 4 other apartments onsite.

Guest Access:
On the ground floor is the common pool and grill area. To use the grill, you must reserve it one day in advance and its cost for its use is $350 pesos. This amount is for cleaning that we do after use.

The Neighborhood:
We are 2 blocks from Macro Plaza (with a lot of local shops, Walmart and Cinemax cinema) and 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Avenue (the second largest avenue in the city), where you will find the bus stop and taxis. 7 blocks from La Comer y Costco. We are 8 minutes by car from the beach, and 15 minutes by car from the city center. The neighbors are nice local people. For those who like to walk or run, 5 blocks from the condominium is the Riviera del Pitillal, a beautiful place for its nature, typical for this sport.

The property is 7 km | 4.3 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), 2 blocks from Macro Plaza shops and cinema, 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Avenue (the second largest avenue in the city), where you will find the bus stop and taxis, and 7 blocks from La Comer and Costco. Getting Around:

- The building is currently undergoing refurbishment, so there may be construction noise during the day.
- Guests must climb stairs. There's no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- A Pack ´n Play travel crib & highchair are available for rent. Must be reserved before check-in.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Due to the high cost of electricity in this area, we’ve had to take preventive measures that help both hosts and guests. Your stay includes 15 KW/per day, which is enough to use the A/C for 8 hours at 26°C, with doors and windows closed. Keeping them open would waste kilowatt energy. Upon arrival and at departure we take a photo of the meter reading and send it to you to verify the information. Any surplus amount over the daily allotment will be charged at $5 pesos/KW through the platform.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- We offer a complimentary laundry service. You can simply notify us in advance, and we'll take care of your laundry needs. Our service includes picking up your clothes Monday through Friday from 11 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. We'll ensure your clothes are cleaned at a nearby laundry facility and promptly delivered back to you the next day.
- Beach essential kits can be requested (subject to availability). these kits include an umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler, for $350 MXN per stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Small pets are allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
