Step into a realm of comfort and style in this 3rd-floor apartment. As you enter, you're greeted by an abundance of natural light, thanks to its elevated position. The main bedroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a plush king-size bed, Smart TV, and Total Play programming. Open the door to a private backyard where you can unwind in a hammock or sip your favorite drink on the chairs. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with two double beds and a TV. Both bedrooms come with their own private bathrooms for added convenience.
Meal times are a delight here. The dining area, designed for four, is complemented by a bar with two benches, making it perfect for family bonding. While the apartment boasts A/C in the bedrooms, the living room and kitchen benefit from the fresh air and wonderful lighting that the 3rd floor offers.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and on the second floor, there is a gym that guests can use without an extra fee.

The Neighborhood:
You will love being in such a local area! The area where the apartment is located is in La Aurora, 2 blocks away is the Polytechnic street that takes you to the Main Boulevard. On the same block of the apartment, you will find a variety of restaurants and businesses, such as tacos, hotdogs, a Fonda, and groceries, and there is also an Oxxo right next to the building.
You will be close to many things:
- Airport: 10 mins approx. by car
- Playa del Holy (the nearest beach access): 10 mins approx. by car
- Galerias Vallarta Shopping Center: 10 mins walking
- Walmart & Sam's Club: 10 mins walking
- Maritime Terminal: 12-15 mins walking or 5 mins by car
- The Malecon/Centro is about 15-20 mins by car.
- There is a bus stop just 1 block away, or it is also SUPER EASY to get around by Uber or taxi.
Getting Around:
It is very easy to get to the apartment, we are located approximately 10 minutes by car from the airport and bus station.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs. There is no elevator.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
We are located in a busy area, and we are sure that you will enjoy the proximity of everything. Remember that you may hear external noise that we have no control over.
There’s no private parking. Parking is on the street next to the building.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Small pets are allowed.
