We loved our stay in this beautiful, quiet, well kept property. Everything was perfect. We will definitely book here again. The condo is in close proximity to everything you could need or want. We felt safe and secure and the security staff were kind and very helpful. Our host went above and beyond our expectations. Our welcome email even included recommendations for places to eat and shop for groceries. What a lovely place to stay.

Perfect place

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this luxury condo. We would definitely stay here again. The rooftop lounge area is wonderful and the views are beautiful. The concierge was very helpful!

Most responsive host ever

The apartment is very new and nicely appointed. Make sure to have lunch on the rooftop of the building with a wide view of the mangrove forest and the city. Everyone was very responsive to our needs - the host, the concierge and the staff at the condo. Thanks Seth!

Loved this place, would stay again in a heartbeat!

We found this place to be really well maintained, very clean and felt very safe. Impressed that we were only 1 block from the Marina and shopping/banks etc. were easily accessible. Owner was very accommodating and got back to us right away! Thanks Seth! The unit was well stocked and had a lovely deck. I would advise the owner to put up additional hangers for coats and possibly an outlet for a lamp in the living room otherwise it was really wonderful staying there and we will again hopefully. We also loved the upper deck on the 4th floor enjoying the view and the relaxing atmosphere. It was a very quiet place which we liked as well.!

Hurts to be honest

It hurts to be honest because this is such an amazing property that I know once the word gets out it's going to be harder for me to book it! Seriously, the property is as advertised, if not more. Great location. Easy walk to the marina. The few questions we had were answers very quickly by Property Owner, Seth.

Quiet. Immaculate. Birdsong off the balcony. The host, Seth, was always and immediately responsive to all of my anticipated concerns. And helpful. I would happily stay here again when I return to PV and recommend it to anyone, especially if he/she values quiet.

Cleanest place! Amazing location

Super people at this apartment building. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. By far the most organized set up a person could find travelling away from home. 10 out of 10 rating. Communication was perfect and easy to follow instructions. Close to everything. Everything is walkable and the Uber prices are ridiculously cheap. 12 out of 10 on staff and 15 out 10 on providing comfort. Amazingly clean!! We will stay here again!

Very Nice Condo

This condo is well located in the Marina Vallarta area, 3 minute walk away. The condo is clean and well appointed for those who want to make a few meals at home while away. The views from the second floor balcony are truly wonderful. Waking up to the birds, watching the sunrise and sunset, and looking at the sanctuary, mountains, and colourful skies each morning and evening is a must. Housekeeping was very good and the security guards are very friendly. The price was great for the area as well. I had only a few communications with the Seth, and received immediate responses. Great stay. Thanks Seth.

Great Stay!

The condo is great! Very well kept and very clean. My only complain and I know this is out of the control of the owner and more of the property itself is the lighting between the buildings. It is very dark in between the buildings once you get to a specific tower they do have motion sensor lights. I arrived late at night and it was scary walking in between the buildings without knowing where I am going to. Other than that the condo itself is great!

The condo seems nearly new and was very clean and well taken care of. It suited our needs very well. The king bed was very comfortable. Our son slept on the foldout couch and was quite comfortable also. Make sure to check out the jacuzzi on the other building early in your stay. It was an amazing view at night and wished we did that not just on our last night. Each day we walked the 2 blocks to the main highway to catch the bus. The buses can take you most places you want to go for only 10 pesos each. Although the neighbourhood is not touristy and more industrial, it was fine even once dark. Just pay attention to your surroundings, as you should all the time. The 24/7 security guards at the gate were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing condo

"Luxury" is a very accurate term to describe this condo. Everything was very nice and very clean. Very modern in every aspect. Nice fixtures, nice showers, nice floors, and very nice furniture. Great water pressure in the showers. The memory foam mattress was incredibly comfortable. The view of the mangrove from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful...nice bird watching too! The whole property was well maintained and very nice. The 24 hour security made us feel safe and all of the security guards were very friendly. The location was excellent. Only a 5 minute walk to the marina where there are tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is also a large grocery store only a few blocks away. A 15 minute Uber ride to the Malecon/downtown area was easy and convenient. Checking in and getting into the unit was quick and easy. When I messaged the owner about a toilet seat coming loose, a maintenance worker showed up 10 minutes later and fixed it. I have absolutely no complaints and we will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing place in the jungle !!

Very secure and peaceful place at a very great location next to the jungle, It was just me and both my parents they had the bedroom with their own bathroom and king size bed that they actually really enjoyed and I got the sofa bed outside in the living room that takes 10 seconds to become sofa bed also very comfortable and a queen size .also there's a second bathroom with shower beside the entrance door very convenient to whoever stays in living room rather is for a single person or another couple I thought 2 full bathrooms made everything so easy for all of us after coming from the beach wanting to shower . everything was super clean beach towels, bed sheets, bathroom and kitchen with also laundry in suit so you don't bring back home dirty clothes , this condo is 25 min drive to romantic zone and 45 min to San pancho and sayulita really charming and popular surfing spots that I like to visit when am here on vacation , this place is very peaceful day and night since it's next to El salado protected area and there's nothing but trees, no humans or tourist . one of a kind spot to have a wonderful vacation the condo owner Seth was always checking on us making sure we were ok and asked us if we wanted a cleaning of the unit half way of our staying ,we agreed and the cleaning personnel did an amazing job we was just very pleased staying here at Seth's place and totally recommend it ,price and location was great and the only thing we all wished is just to stay longer

Seth is a very attentive host who responded very quickly to any questions that we had.The condo is very well equipped and very clean. The building is newer and has a nice rooftop quest area. The condo balcony overlooks a forest reserve and was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee and an evening drink. There is a very good grocery store within walking distance. Taxi and Uber service was quick, usually arriving in less than 5 minutes. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Our host was welcoming and our stay was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and our friend that slept on the pull out couch said it was very comfortable as well. The condo was very well equipped for making meals.The rooftop seating area was our favourite spot with a great view and also had a jacuzzi tub and nice seating area in the sun or in the shade. There is a small work out room up there and a spot to bbq if you buy some charcoal which we did not.The sitting area by the lap pool on the ground floor was very small with only 4 lounge chairs and a couple bar stool tables and chairs. We only sat there once because it was always full.We had friends staying in the marina area so we would walk over there which was about a 10min walk with the traffic lights. (You really have to pay attention when crossing this highway it’s very busy) The two young men at gate were great and very friendly. They would see us coming a would jump up and open the gate for us. All in all the only thing that was annoying was the dogs barking in the morning. But for the most part it was very quiet area with a mangrove all around if you like to birdwatch.We did walk to the beach a couple times you have to go through Marriott maintenance gate to walk down to the beach. We tried to go through the main gate and they would not let us through. They said it was private and wouldn’t let us through but the maintenance gate had no security at the gate and was wide open for two times we walked through.
