The Condo has all the luxuries and comfort of a beautiful, well equipped apartment. The Condo has been professionally decorated and is 100 YARDS TO THE BEACH. There are fabulous restaurants, night clubs, bars, theater, and art galleries, all right in the neighborhood, so NO CAR is NEEDED. You can walk to the market, gourmet grocery store, anything you can imagine for your perfect vacation. The comfortable KING SIZE PILLOW TOP BED awaits you. We provide weekly maid service. Enjoy sunset cocktails at the pool.
Enjoy the rooftop balcony views of the ENTIRE Bandaras Bay and the village of Puerto Vallarta from the pool deck. The condo balcony is great for people watching. Watch Smart TV and enjoy access to the condo’s INTERNET WiFi to search the web for your nearby needs.

This condo has been designed for casual, elegant comfort. Have a wonderful time.

There are 90 steps from Amapas Street up to the Condo. The Condo is 4 flights down from the pool deck resulting in fabulous views. The building 'terraces' down the side of the mountain. Most people find the steps to be great exercise.

(When first arriving by car or taxi take Highway 200 entrance to Privada Abedul #10. The concierge can meet you in the lobby of the Brisas del Mar Hotel and escort you to the condo.)

Great location! Close to the beach and restaurants, but not on top of them. Slept with the windows open and could hear the waves crashing, as well as some ambient street noise, and birds singing in the morning.

The condo is clean, functional, and had everything we needed for our short stay in PV. The space was the right size for our three-person family, and was thoughtfully designed and decorated. The property manager was very responsive and patient as our arrival time changed due to holiday traffic. The rooftop pool was a highlight for our daughter! Overall, a great stay.

Quaint Little Villa

We spent 72 days at this property and really enjoyed our time. The response time when questions come up were immediate and with results. It truly is steps from the beach! You can spend hours or minutes at the beach and it's never an issue.

Awesome place for vacations

Great place to rent a condo. All you need in a nicely renovated condo. At night you can hear the waves! The heated pool and spacious terrace offer a great view of the gulf. I would return without hesitation. PS not for people who can't climb stairs.

Great location! Nice, adequate accommodations and excellent communication with the property management company. Could use a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Comfortable couch and bed and fully equipped kitchen. Steps were not a problem for us...good exercise and a stop at the Hideout for a boozy pop was always refreshing. Pool on the rooftop was very nice. There was a large poolside space with plenty of chairs/tables/loungers. Great spot to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in Puerto Vallarta

This is in a great location, it is quiet, bed is comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen is well equipped. There are stairs to get to the condo so not the place for a person with serious mobility issues. We walked them fairly easily (age 65) and would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you Terry.

Very clean, small flat. Protect for adventurous couple not afraid of off the beaten path. The flat is very close to beach, very quiet, and clean! No view, but who cares! There is an odor from the drain that needs to be addressed and no wifi. I would and will stay here again. Alicia, the hostess is so friendly and helpful!

Great condo in a perfect location!

This condo is situated close to the beach in the heart of the romantic zone. The unit is well appointed with all you will need and is close to shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. It has a private balcony as well as access to a pool deck with fantastic views of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay. The complex does have stairs, two floors down to the ground level and three floors up to the pool but very manageable and got us in shape. Terry was very responsive, thanks for that, and the check in was more than accommodating. My husband and I loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Cozy Stay in Amapas

Terry’s condo is in a perfect location, which made walking to the beach, bars and restaurants in the Romantic Zone very easy. The apartment is minimalist and has all the basics. It would be nice if the kitchen had a few more items like some Tupperware/reusable containers, silicon tongs, and a few more sets of utensils. I also struggled with the hardness of the bed and pillows, but that’s quite standard for Mexico. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the other tenants in the building are friendly. We’d definitely come back to stay again!

My partner and I stayed here last year and are booking again this year and was surprised to read a bad review. This condo had everything the owners said it had and more! We were very pleased with the accommodations and you can't beat the location. Yes there are steps but nothing that one shouldn't already know if they read the information provided. Also, people should realize its summer, off season, when repairs and construction happen. We will definitely book here again and think it so unfair to write an unjust review and harm ones business. I've recommended this condo to many friends who loved it. It's Mexico! Relax, Enjoy! Be thankful for all it offers! Thank you owners for being so gracious and accommodating! J & I

The apartment was clean and very well stocked. Property management company dropped the ball I had to message owner to get new codes to enter Property as concierge didn't get back to me.cleaners wonderfull the maintenance guys very friendly and helpful. The only other thing was no internet on the upper pool deck which we expected and it even said in the manual that it had internet up there.

Worst directions ever given. Front desk didn’t help finally found a maintenance person to get ahold of host. Told us not to touch mirror was behind couch not on wall. Screen door was duck rape filthy!! There were 4-5 remotes but no batteries. Key set didn’t work to open blue gate were stuck outside 45 minutes. The only positive part is Vrbo took great care of us and put us in different hotel

Well appointed condo close to the action

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. Terry even provided drinking water that more than lasted our week stay there. You'll be right above Amapas but just a bit out of the flow of traffic. So, it is quiet on the balcony when you want to sip some morning coffee. Terry was very responsive.
