Just 5 minutes from the airport, 10 min. from the beach, 25 min. from downtown, 10 min. to Vidanta and 25 min. from Bucerias. You can enjoy the nature preserve from the outdoor seating on balcony while enjoying some drinks at anytime of the day with tranquility. Shopping center just outside the building with a great coffee shop. Walking distance from the Convention Center and Mexico Latte a great restaurant. 24 hr. security with covered parking.

My name is Rey Sanchez and my wife's name is Jessica. We live in Texas and have always loved coming to Puerto Vallarta. We came here on our Honeymoon in a Cruise ship. We got tricked into a time share presentation and didn't get to enjoy the visit. So 4 years later we decided to come straight to PV and that is when we fell in love with the city. Since then we have been here 5 times and decided to invest in a condo in PV to have a place we can come to. We love Puerto Vallarta.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because it is still in Puerto Vallarta but it is away from the party noise. Don't get me wrong we like to go out and party but we also like our quiet sleep. This property is located 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the marina, 10 minutes to the new Vidanta Resort which is Nuevo Vallarta and 25 minutes from Downtown Vallarta and Bucerias. The main road is just 2 minutes away and there are a lot of local Street food vendors as well as some really good local food restaurants.
What makes this property unique
This apartment building is unique because is it Brand new. Finished in October of 2021. The apartment building has 24 hour security and it is gated. You must check in at the security station to come in unless you own a condo. This place will eventually have a rooftop gym and outdoor furniture around the swimming pool. The pool is currently open and I do include the use of beach towels.
