With a common access on main entrance, this private door, two-levels unit is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, ensuite laundry and a large roof top floor patio. Bathroom amenities such as towels and toilet paper are provided 1 bedroom Condo with 2 Full Bathrooms, located in the heart or Puerto Vallarta Hoteleria Zone.
Beach access is only 3 minutes away. Grocery shopping about 5 minutes and many great restaurants at walking distance.
The suite has an open roof top for those beautiful warm night to relax after a long day of exploring.
Condo complex has a heated pool.
2 Great Malls at walking distance, Vallarta Galleria and La Isla. Walmart is about 20 mins walk as well.
The suite has a full kitchen in case you decide to dine in.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
No pets or smoking allowed. Please be respectful to other renters.
Cleaning services are included once a week. For longer stay cleaning will be once every 2 weeks
Electricity is very expensive and will be regulated and paid by the renter for excessive usage.
We encourage turning off the A/C when not in the rooms.
Laundry for personal clothing is the sole responsibility of the renter and not the cleaning staff.
