Beautiful chandos lake. Large western exposure comfortable cottage with Starlink wifi, pool table/table tennis, dart board, portable poker table, Xbox, large kitchen, second floor covered balcony with automatic windows, 2 family rooms (one first floor and one on second floor), traditional board games in an electric board game table, and 3 satellite tv’s

Outside: paddle boat, kayak, bunkie attached to garage with kitchenette, queen Murphy bed bathroom and satellite tv, 2 propane bar b ques and 1 smoker ….nothing missing

Can sleep up to 20 in beds but limiting to 12 guests. Independent living areas inside which creates space amongst the group

Great location on a great lake

Communication was smooth....owner was very accommodating. Super impressed with the set up and made the week very turn key. Very clean and organized.
