About this property

Life doesn't get any better than this! You are steps away from the swimming pool. You hear the breaking of the waves on the sand which is just on the other side of the pool. The previous owner lived here full time so this condo is fully outfitted to accommodate your every need. El Zalate is a peaceful, glorious retreat and your view from this oceanfront condo is magnificent. I will work with you to plan your holiday vacation so your visit is low stress!

Enjoy breakfast on our patio; you overlook two beautiful swimming pools and a hot tub. Just on the other side is the beach! You'll love being on the first floor; life is just easier without having to trudge upstairs to your room! We not in the main walking path of the complex so you enjoy your privacy! Security has never been an issue. I've stayed here by myself and our children have grown up here! We sleep with our doors open to listen to the surf at night. We never get any highway noise only the sound of the gentle fountain outside our front door and the break of the waves from the ocean side.

You hear the sounds of the waves and enjoy a perfect ocean breeze!

We have a full kitchen and plenty of fabulous restaurants are within walking distance. We love to cook so our kitchen is well equipped. We have a BBQ grill on the patio for your use. We have dining tables inside and outside to accommodate your preferences.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. There's also a double size foldout couch. You will have a peaceful, restful stay!

Awesome experience!

Our experience was simply perfect with such kind and communicative hosts (Rob and Diane), impeccably clean condo filled with everything one could ask for (beautiful bedding, bath and beach towels, beach umbrella, kitchen appliances and utensils). The ocean swims, sunrises, and sunsets made for such a beautiful vacation. And the poolside lounging and (HOT) jacuzzi topped off each relaxing day. We so look forward to our return and are very grateful to Rob and Diane..

Great Escape!

We really enjoyed our stay at El Zalante! Diane and Rob were excellent hosts! Very relaxing and welcoming condo community! Quiet beaches, yet everything- restaurants, shops and excursions an Uber or bus drive away! We hope to return again to the area soon!

We bought our first condo at El Zalate in 1995! We were among the first owners and have loved it! We own the two bedroom next door and now just bought this one bedroom since our family continues to expand. Our children have grown up here and now are bringing their families. It truly is paradise!

Why they chose this property

We love the quiet, friendly atmosphere of El Zalate! We love the convenience of being on the first floor. Our condo is tucked away so you're not in the traffic pattern but have the convenience of being steps away from the pool and beach. So convenient for snacks and bathroom breaks!
