Ocean front 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor condo with large wrap round patio, private plunge pool and outdoor kitchen. A wall of glass opens to a private oasis featuring a private plunge pool, lounge chairs, comfortable seating, BBQ and dining areas. Primary suite with king bed, and ensuite bath with double vanity, large walk in shower, and private water closet. 2 guest bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms, and a dedicated office/ work space.

Please note that the location on the map is incorrect. This is in the Oceania Residences complex on Eagle Beach, next to the new Iberostar hotel.
Eagle Beach voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Walking distance to restaurants, casinos, beach bars, and water sports.

This is a gated community. Our representative will meet you at the guard station and show you to the condo. The gates to the beach are set with coded locks and you will be issued the code at check in for easy access.

A wall of glass opens to a private oasis featuring a private plunge pool, lounge chairs, comfortable seating, BBQ and dining areas. Primary suite with king bed, and ensuite bath with double vanity, large walk in shower, and private water closet. 2 guest bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms, and a dedicated office/ work space. Laundry room with extra refrigerator make this condo perfect for extended families, workcations, and entertaining.

Bus stop directly in front of Oceania. Taxis can be requested from the security desk.

Okay - so I never write a review but I was compelled to after staying here! This is an amazing condo in a wonderful location! Pictures don’t do it justice! The beach (Eagle beach) is the best on the island and it’s just steps away, with 3 huge pools, plus your own private pool! And Franklin was WONDERFUL! So kind and helpful! Showed us where to eat and shop! Best place we’ve ever stayed plus the check in process down to check out was so easy! Franklin was on top of his game! I can’t thank him and Judy Lwere Fantastic to work with! Definitely returning soon!!!!Sus wver

Spacious Condo, Private, and Quiet

You can watch sunsets from patio! Property is spacious and clean. The AC worked well. We were 7 people, 3-18 yr boys, 2 -21 year old women, and an adult couple. The boys loved the game room on the property and the women loved sunbathing on the deck. They all rode scooters around to explore. Generally this area is quieter than North ( big hotels) and South with more hotels/shops closer to the main city. The property is totally comfortable and quite nice although it shows a bit of wear and tear. if you are expecting a super high end experience, this is not that, but it's absolutely great for a larger party or family that wants to be together. We cooked a lot of meals, used the grill and had a great time. The condo is more quiet than at a hotel although the pool area filled up a lot during the day and it was hard to find seats. At Eagle beach you'd have to go really early to set up the beach chairs ( they provide) under shade. By 8:30/9am all the Palapas are spoken for. We had a perfectly good time going to the beach at 5pm when everyone was leaving and the outdoor patio is so big you can get plenty of sun there. The pool on the patio is a great benefit for a dunk when you get too hot. The only thing that was unpleasant was a slight smell of sewage which came and went when outside. Aruba has this problem in general so it's something you might experience anywhere. I am also very sensitive to smells but my husband didn't notice. Property Managers were fabulous!!
