Enjoy this family home away from home. We are located close to the major business district of Palm Bay, with easy access to I95. We are close to the Palm Bay Hospital and Holmes Hospital and a short drive to all beaches in the area. We provide a clean well-maintained property which is ideal for a family getaway or the busy professional who is working remotely. additionally, we are 15 minutes from the Melbourne International Airport and 45 minutes from the Space Coast tourist areas.

Cozy and amazing stay

Came to Palm Bay for a weekend car show. Booked this lovely home. The home was extremely clean. Contact with the host was quick everytime. We def enjoyed our stay and will reach out again next time we visit Palm Bay. This home will be on my favorites.

Our stay was great! We were only there for the weekend, but the house is in a great location, close to everything you may need! (Check out Grandmas kitchen! YUM) Sophie's home was decorated beautifully, well laid out, very clean, everything was perfect! Zero complaints!

The Place

Needed a place close to Melbourne, I was in town visiting my Sister, Daughters, and Grandson. I couldn't belive this place was avaliable and was even more surprised at the price. This is a fabulous rental and very spacious. The furnishings are some of the best pieces I've seen in a rental. Sophia, our host, was very accommodating.This is the place for family gathering, large kitchen, a dinning table that sits 6, you will not be disappointed.

Palm Bay First Grandbaby Visit

This place was close to our daughter and son-in-law and was a great place to stay while visiting our first grandchild. The home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate visiting family members. The screened porch was a great place to have breakfast and read, and there was a wide variety of books in the garage. We would definitely stay again and can recommend it to others, especially families of those in the military who live on base.

No complaints - a beautiful home

The house was beautiful and clean and had very comfortable beds. There is a cvs within walking distance and a Publix a short drive away. The back sliding door needs some maintenance though. We had to purchase a child safety door nob for the front door because we have small children and the door was easily opened from the inside. The property manager was responsive and reasonable. We would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean

Front Door lock battery may need to be changed. And couldn’t get the sliding glass door unlocked to go sit out on the patio. But other than that, a really nice place

We had a small issue with not receiving the check-in information due to systems being down but I called Sophia and she called me back quickly to give me the information. I appreciated the quick response. House was exactly as described. I would definitely stay there again.
