Front door lock was broken , dirty pool, unclean kitchen and rooms , called three times and no one showed up to help us

Only TV in bedroom did not work. Freezer in main fridge did not work. Two codes given to get in property confirmed code did not work had to search in previous emails to find correct code. Communication with Property manager was horrible. Grill was dirty.

The best week with the family!

We had a great time – the place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family (including our puppy!). We loved hanging by the pool, grilling, and even had a fun table tennis tournament. Big thanks to the kind neighbours who let us know when our pup had made a quick escape! Would definitely stay again.

Good Location/Bad Communication

Location was very close to the airport which is convenient. Having a large group and only 2 bathrooms did pose to be a bit of a challenge. Outdoor space is very nice. Beds are small, pillows and sheets are definitely on the thin side. Working with the property manager was pretty terrible. Really long delays in getting responses. Recommend owner looks into a new property manager.

Christmas with family from NY,NJ,TN,NC,FL

We made good use of pool, ping pong table and pool table, although it was quite worn. The microwave did not work at all. The kitchen sink faucet was lose and hard to cut off. The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped with cups and utensils. There was very low water pressure in shared bathroom. The house was clean, but the grill had to be completely cleaned before it could be used. At some point fire extinguisher had been sprayed in it which was necessary to remove before we could use the grill. This was very time consuming. We managed to make the best of some difficult issues for some good family fun.

Fun entertaining stay

We had a great time at this property and had lots of fun with all of the entertaining amenities. The ping pong table, pool table, pool, sauna, and overall outdoor patio were amazing. The only downside we felt was the lack of every day essentials. We only had 2 trash bags and one roll of paper towels for 9 people for a 6 day stay. The owner had great communication when I had questions before the check in and was accommodating with the early check in. Overall, the beach was very close and the House was fun enough to spend our time in for a good chunk of our stay.

4th of July stay

The kids enjoyed the outdoor patio and the pool! The house was a bit hot though because we couldn’t control the ac ourselves. However the house was very spacious to fit our whole family!
