Es una zona segura y se puede salir a caminar y encontrar el corredor peatonal Constitución a sólo 5 cuadras. Aún estando en el centro de la ciudad, al interior de la casa no se escucha el ruido de afuera, al ser una casa antigua de paredes gruesas de adobe.
