Quiet retreat

We used this chalet as a base while visiting family in the area. Super clean and well equipped. Our son who is a birder was in heaven. We look forward to coming back next summer.

The property was beautiful and immaculate. Great location near the St. Lawrence and very, very peaceful. Locals are super friendly. Host was responsive and accommodating. No complaints about the property itself. Fair warning for any families looking for things to do: you better bring (or rent) a boat! Otherwise you should think of this as a retreat where you simply go to wind down and relax. NOTE: this property did have 2 life jackets. When we first booked the place, the description said there weren't any. This chalet woukd have been even better if there were enough kayaks for each guest, so we can go on adventures as a family. Overall, though, it was a great place about 1.5 hours from Montreal, which was heavily dependent on traffic.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que tout était super propre et bien organisé et surtout très confortable.C'est un endroit calme qui aspire au repos et à la détente. Nous avons vu plusieurs bernaches se promener sur le canal et nous avons même eu la chance de voir l'un de ces oiseaux pêcher des poissons.

Très bel endroit, calme et bien entretenu où toutes les commodités fonctionnent parfaitement (à noter que la pièce adjacente, que l’on pourrait qualifier de solarium est trop froide pour y séjourner en plein hiver). Le propriétaire réponds très rapidement aux questions! Nous y retournerons certainement!

À tous ceux qui comme nous privilégient les Cantons-de-l’Est ou Les Laurentides, laissez vous charmer par cet endroit bucolique et paisible où la faune se confond à la modernité. Maison neuve et contemporaine de style « farm house », joliment décorée, très bien équipée et confortable. Nous ne connaissions pas la région, ce qui pour nous a constitué un séjour empreint d’une découverte fort appréciable. À renouveler avec excès
