Resort style 2nd floor coach house in the coveted area of Pelican Bay. Enjoy the pool, tennis, fitness and private beach access with lounge chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks and a beach restaurant. The unit has been newly updated and all furniture, beds and bedding is new. There are two new bikes as well.
