Modern 4x2 family home in the southern end of beautiful fishing town.

Spacious enough for larger families or a couple of small ones sharing.
Located walking distance to the beach and just a short bike ride to the shopping areas and jetty.

The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and appliances. Microwave as well as stove-top and oven cooking.
Benchtop espresso coffee machine with grinder.

The master bedroom is spacious with queen size bed and an en suite with a shower and toilet.
2 other bedrooms have a queen bed each and the 4th is for the kids with 2 single beds.
Family bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, separate from the toilet.

Take time out to chill in the reading room..... comfy lounge chairs with plenty of books or games to choose from.
2 lounge areas make TV time easier..... one for the kids.... the other for.... what ever you like.
Free Wi Fi is also throughout the property.

The backyard is not enclosed, so please keep an eye on any children.
Dining table and chairs along with gas BBQ are on the back patio.

Some consumables such as toilet paper, soaps etc. are provided to get you through the first couple of days. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.

Sleeps up to 8 guests in 5 beds.
Mandatory bed linen & bath towels fees included as cleaning fee. BYO Beach Towels.

No Bookings for School Leavers Groups or Party Groups will be accepted.
No Pets as the yard is not fully secure.
