Relax with family and friends in this unique, peaceful accommodation with breathtaking views of the forest.<br><br>We are located in a traditional, secure condominium with a prime location surrounded by nature, close to Teresópolis’s main attractions, restaurants, and tourist spots, including the Feirinha do Alto and the Serra dos Órgãos National Park (both a 7-minute drive away). <br><br>PLEASE NOTE:<br>We do not have a ramp or accessibility for wheelchair users or people with special needs; however, if you are able to access the house, you won’t regret it, as it is very pleasant, comfortable, and offers breathtaking views. <br><br>WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESSIBILITY. <br><br>However, the house is very cosy and comfortable. It has 5 bedrooms, including two suites, Wi-Fi, 2 flat-screen TVs, a full recreation area with a gourmet kitchen, a pool, a dry sauna, and two beautiful gardens and a backyard.<br><br>Our house is situated on a hill; to access the house and reach the pool, there is one flight of stairs, followed by two smaller flights leading to the floor with the bedrooms, living room, balcony, deck, and gourmet area. On the ground floor, we have:<br><br>The private pool is fully enclosed by a child safety net that can be easily removed at any time. There is a table that seats four, a beach umbrella, and lounge chairs.<br><br>Backyard with a garden, dry sauna, and full bathroom.<br><br>A bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, fan, and an excellent desk with a drawer unit in case you need a home office.<br><br>A charming glass-enclosed room with a view of nature where you can enjoy your favourite drink while listening to music on our record player. The room is furnished with rustic furniture, a bistro table, a coffee table, a mini-fridge, and an eco-friendly fireplace.<br><br>On the second floor of the house, we have: <br>A spacious living room with two sofas (one 4-seater and one 3-seater), a 55-inch TV, a small wine cellar with wine glasses, a balcony, and a deck with a 4-seater table and two wonderful chairs to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.<br><br>Dining room with a table that seats 6.<br><br>Fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, cold water filter, dishes, silverware, and all kitchen utensils.<br><br>Three bedrooms on this floor: a master suite with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a fan; a single bedroom with an extra mattress on the floor and a ceiling fan; and a double bedroom with air conditioning and a fan. <br><br>Shared bathroom with gas water heater, shower stall, and baby bathtub.<br><br>Fully equipped outdoor dining area with a barbecue grill, a round table with 6 chairs, and a 110-liter cooler to keep your drinks cold.<br><br>A newly built outdoor suite with a queen-size bed, a clothes rack, a fan, and a separate entrance from the main house, providing guests with complete privacy and comfort.<br><br>Laundry area with a 15-kilo washing machine, a sink, and a clothesline.<br>
