Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.

Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).

Check in from after 3 PM
Check out before 10 AM

Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.

The Neighborhood:
Maroochydore is well known for being a family friendly neighbourhood nestled in the heart of the Sunshine Coast.
Surrounded by golden beaches, restaurants, entertainment and only a short drive to Steve Irwin's famous Australia Zoo, glass house mountains and the hinterland where you can find swimming wholes showered by beautiful waterfalls.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that our space is equipped with ceiling fans throughout but has air-conditioning only in the family rooms upstairs and downstairs.

The home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is not suitable for parties. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.

HOUSE RULES:
- no smoking
- pets allowed (excluding furniture), please add a pet to your booking form
- no parties/events
- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking
- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
