Enjoy the sparkling pool, spacious deck with gas firepit, and soothing hot tub. Feeling competitive? Head to the game room (foosball, air hockey, Infinity Game Table, Nintendo 64!) Explore the St. Joseph River with our included kayaks - launch is just a 3-minute walk! 5 TVs, Nespresso coffee and coffee bar, 2.5 miles to Notre Dame. Book your next adventure!
Available via phone, text, or email - I will be available however is most convenient for you. If needed on-premise, I have a manager within 30 minutes of the property.
If you want to get out and explore, it's close to Eddy St, a hub of activity that draws both locals and visitors alike and is central to the entire city and region.

As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.
Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.
