Private villa in a gated community. Home has a pool and hot tub with lots of outdoor living space & lots of quite areas to relax and be by yourself. Full service kitchen and dining seating for 18. All bedrooms include A/C, desk work area, private full bathroom and closet and a TV. Cleaning staff is included in the price. 2 Jack Nicklaus golf courses. 5 private beach clubs. Racket Center with pickleball, tennis and padel. Many kilometres of walking/cycling paths. Ocean clubs with water activities , SUP, efoils, hobby cats. Workout Center. Everything is easily accessible by golf cart or bicycle. There are many restaurants and shops inside the gates and in the Punta de mita village. The village is a true slice of Mexicana. All easily accessible.
