14 minutes to the Bruce Highway North or South bound
5 minutes to Goodwin beach

Setup your laptop outside on the dining table and enjoy the fresh air. Bring your family, friends or colleges and enjoy a recently renovated house.

Family retreat in Ningi has a big backyard with decent sized decked areas for entertaining guests with outside dining. 3 good sized bedrooms. Massive open kitchen and lounge area to relax. 55" Smart TV in lounge and 32" Smart TV in master room. Guests will be given a code for the digital lock and have access to the entire house.

Everything is for guests to use within the house (except some cabinets as explained below) and back yard. Garage use is restricted however the 2 bay car port (fits a standard ute max 1900mm) is available for use.

Please note that some of the kitchen cabinets are locked. Specifically the corner cabinets. Please feel free to use the other spaces as required. All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels will be supplied for you. We also supply pillows, doonas, blankets with mattress protectors and pillow protectors on them.

Please note there are to be no parties. Inside is a smoke free zone. And security cameras are installed outside for your safety and the security of the property.

Smart TV available. To use the smart TV, we recommend connecting your smart phone to the same network by scanning the QR code located on the fridge. Guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts on the TV, such as Netflix or simply cast using a phone on the same network. No free to air TV antenna currently connected however all available apps installed and live view available through these apps. Please remember to sign out after your stay.

Great family getaway

The property was very neat and clean. The owner was fast and clear in his communication. Terrific spot in a quiet street, not far from Bridie Island. Would definitely stay again!

This area is full of opportunity, from attending concerts to relaxing on the beach. Not to mention the beautiful local food, fishing locations, surfing and playing on or in the water.

What makes this property unique

With a newly renovated look in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bedrooms. generous size open style lounge and kitchen. a decent size backyard big enough for the kids to run around or ride their bikes on. Aircon throughout the home. Smart TV's.
