This charming century old 2,000 square foot stone country home is a private and quiet retreat nested on top of the Niagara Escarpment (Just off Grey Road 7) and offers beautiful views of Georgian Bay and the surrounding area. The property was previously featured in one of Canada’s National magazine’s ‘Style at Home’. The property is flanked by a forested ravine with a bubbling stream, small apple orchard and features an outdoor pool for Summer and Fall retreats. There is a large, attached garage with separate door entrance from inside garage into the home. The house itself has all the amenities to make your Summer or ski season a very relaxing one. It is filled with light from large windows, warmth and a welcoming ambiance that will remind you of a little house in France. Minutes to the Georgian Trail, Georgian Bay Beaches, Thornburry, Clarkson, and the Blue Mountains makes it conveniently located.
