Separate bathroom with large deep bath. Separate shower, Separate toilet in the guest wing. Minutes from the city, 19 from Mount beaches. Superb outside Pool & cabana, Fernland spa hot pools just a mile up the road. No use of kitchen or laundry but Microwave, tea & coffee, plates & cutlery in room & 5 minutes' walk from shops & supermarket. No TV in the room but free Wi-Fi and safe parking for 1 car well off the road, Up a tree lined drive. Short walk to shops and supermarket. Sauna at extra charge. There is one other bedroom in the guest wing, usually empty, so you have it to yourself but not guaranteed, you can check with me. suitable 1 or 2 adults only. No additional fees. Travel Proud friendly. I clean the pool for summer so suggest hot pools just up the road in winter. No extra fees. Park like grounds. Several outside tables & chairs & fruit trees help yourself. free range chickens out back. Father & son or Mother & daughters welcome.

This wasn't what we expected when we booked. The adjacent room could have be booked by other people who you don't know and you will be sharing the bathroom, shower and toilet. We weren't keen to leave our personal items in such a low security place. If you come in a lower riding car, it will most likely scrap under the front at the road entrance

As a solo traveller the area was safe and on site parking easy. Close to the town with good access to attractions by car. Good sized room, clean with facilities for hot drinks. Bathroom facilities very good. The host was very helpful and friendly.
