With plenty of space and thoughtful layout, it’s an excellent choice for large families or groups travelling together.



The property offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. A dedicated kids’ room with two sets of bunk beds makes it especially family-friendly.



One of the five bedrooms is separately accessed (no internal access from the main house), making it ideal for guests seeking extra privacy. This room includes its own bathroom and is located on the same level as the laundry. Please note this bedroom is fan-cooled only and not air-conditioned.



Designed for relaxed indoor–outdoor living, the home features two separate outdoor entertaining areas, perfect for dining, unwinding, or spending time together. The master suite also boasts a private verandah with a lovely view, providing a peaceful retreat.

We enjoyed our family time at Lammermoor and it was made very special being able to all stay together at this property. It was large enough for us all but lacked a few essentials for a large group. If we have another family holiday, we would definitely stay again. It was close to the local beach and not far to drive to the local areas.

Great house and location

Fantastic location. The house had everything you need. Great size which means you don't have to be on top of each other. Check in and check out was so easy. Communication was great! Would highly recommend.

Was a great house in a great location. The only issue was no air conditioning in the room downstairs. It made for an uncomfortable sleep during the summer. We did check beforehand and were told there were air cons in every bedroom. Apart from that, the house was great. We would stay again.
