This place is heaven. Secluded yet accessible. Rustic yet so well equipped. Close to route 60 and Algonquin Park and all the Beauty it offers. The property is cosy, warm and home from home. We enjoyed our stay so much. Communication from Dale was excellent with great tips for sunset and skies watching. Strongly recommend a stay here . In winter it must be so beautiful. The otters in the river near by enjoyed being filmed. Thank you Dale

The house is perfectly equipped, super clean and the beds are soooo comfortable. It was incredible how dark the night was and how beautiful the starry sky was. The host gave us a lot of information, for example where we could see wildlife. And we are so lucky to see two moose. Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very comfortable, clean and welcoming, exactly as described. The location was ideal for visiting Algonquin and the host gave us some great tips for looking for wildlife. It was useful that there are basic amenities such as groceries available in Whitney. Since we were travelling from overseas it was really helpful for have kitchen basics, linen and towels all provided in the cottage. We would definitely stay here if visiting Algonquin again!

We really appreciate that the host was responding to our questions and requests very promptly even if it was at a late night.The property comes with great privacy in nice and quiet neighborhood. It was very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Communication was excellent from the initial booking until we left. Cottage was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Lots of nature surrounding the property to enjoy the quiet and an outdoor fireplace.as well. Check in and out was flaw less. Beds were comfy. Loved hiking in Algonquin. Cant wait to go back.
