Booked the basement apartment to myself... the day I was to be checking in, the host said she had a male staying in the other room there. I am a victim of abuse and needed an escape. I was assured it would be for ONE night.I just arrived tonigbt and he was in the shower... also NO HEAT in the room... also a large gap i. The door I could see through... not safe feeling at all.

Je suis vraiment désolée que vous ne vous sentiez pas en sécurité chez nous. Votre sécurité et la sécurité de ma famille sont très importantes pour moi. Juste pour clarifier cette résidence est ma résidence principale où je vis avec mon conjoint et mes deux bébés. J'accueille les voyageurs et travailleurs qui vienne dans la région chez nous. J'offre deux options. Une chambre à 70$ ou bien les deux chambres à110$. Lorsque vous avez réservé un autre voyageur a réservé l'autre chambre pour une . Je vous ai informé avant votre arrivée que un autre voyageur avait pris la deuxième chambre. On en a discuté et vous avez dis "i will be ok".
Donc quand le voyage fait une demande d'extension de son séjour pour un jour de plus, j'accepte et je comprends que cela vous fâche.
En ce qui concerne le chauffage, la maison est très bien chauffée avec un chauffage central. J'ai des enfants de moins de 3 ans et je chauffe généralement à 21°C. Quand vous avez dis que vous aviez froid, j'ai fourni un chauffage d'appoint pour vous et je suis restée à l'écoute toujours.
Pour le trou sur la porte, j'ai inspecté après que VRBO m'a informé que vous avez quitté l'appartement mais je n'ai pas vus de trou sur la porte. Je n'ai jamais eu de plainte dans ce sens. J'ai demandé à VRBO si vous pouvez fournir les photos du trou pour que j'entame des réparations. Je prends à cœur La sécurité des voyageurs.
Puisque vous avez fait 1 nuit j'ai demandé à VRBO de vous rembourser la deuxième nuit.

Je parle français, J'aimerais bien avoir un service en français. J'aimerais parler à une personne. Je ne comprends pas lorsque j'ai réservé le prix était de 86.00$ par jour. Je n'ai donc pas regardé ma facture. Celle-ci s'est élevé à 349.00$ pour 2 jours???? c'est inadmissible. Je n'avais même pas ma propre salle de bain, pas de séchoir à cheveux, en haut de moi habitent des gens avec un jeune enfant qui se lève à 5 heures du matin que j'ai entendu marcher, pleurer tout l'avant-midi. Je ne suis pas du tout d'accord avec le montant que j'ai été chargé et j'espère être remboursé pour le prix que j'aurais du l'être. Merci du suivi. Mon téléphone est 581-981-7795
