The unit is a half block to the beach and close to shopping and dining. The unit features full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 3 TVs and internet service. This property is a 2nd floor walkup, no elevator.
Bedding features a queen in the primary bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom and a queen pull out in the living room. Guest needs to supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for your reservation and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up upon departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Please Note, Note the building parking clearance is 6 feet and no other way to access the parking lot.
Non-Smoking/non-vaping. Absolutely No pets, please! Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25
