Loved the house. It was well- maintained and well stocked with all the essentials. The couch in the back room is heavenly. The back yard is lovely and we loved the pool. The neighborhood is not what I'm used to but it was fine. Close to lots of places. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect vacation house

This was our first time renting a vacation house and it did not disappoint!!We stayed there which included 4 adults and 3 children ages 6, 4 and 1. Children friendly, spacious enough for 7 people and super clean. Everything provided from dishes to towels, soap and showering supplies... even a pack n play if needed. Great communication with the house owners.Would definitely recommend and would rent again!!!

Great location for our family get together. Owner very responsive when there was an ac problem. Fixed within the hour. Nice informative booklet inside on counter. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was over 4th the whole neighborhood lit firecrackers past midnight.

The house was comfortable, homey and stocked with everything we needed, and westayed for 3 weeks, so it was appreciated. The yard was lovely. We took advantage ofthe sun and warmth that January in Florida offered us, laying out by the pool orswinging in the hammock…. The pool was not heated, so a little chilly. Many eveningsspent by the firepit, which was lovely. The house is close to great parks, beaches andmovie theaters. Lots to do and explore!It was the neighborhood that gave us pause, which was out of the hosts’ control.Roosters crowing, (most of the day and sometimes at night too), and dogs barking. Wewere very glad to have had our Bluetooth speaker (for inside the house) and earbudswith us (for outside). Highly recommend this strategy if you stay here.All in all, the hosts were welcoming, attentive, and responsive and it was a great escapefrom January in the Northeast!

I absolutely loved the house and had a wonderful stay—the property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't fully enjoy the pool due to an excessive presence of gnats, which made it difficult to use during my visit. The pool was one of the features I was especially looking forward to. That aside, everything else about the stay was excellent.

Excellent Choice

The owners deserve a great comment on how well they've made the property so homey and well prepared. I was a little reserved about the location, but it was good. The reservation and access process was very good and easy. The owners were very accomodating with early access. Only concern is to be sure that you understand the limitations of occupancy and visitors. The property is beautiful if you can use all of it including the wonderful backyard & pool.

Beautiful house and pool

My family and I had a great week. Kids enjoyed the pool, some floaties were provided. Amenities were great, extra propane for grill on hand. The neighborhood roosters were comical. If sleeping with white noise you did not hear them at all. Hosts were attentive and easy to work with. My kids did not want to leave, and were asking to come back next year.

My family and I stayed here during Hurricane Milton. There was a downed line during our visit, and the owners were extremely attentive to our needs, and even stayed up half the night communicating with FPL, and even finding alternative housing options during the outage. The house was very clean and spacious. I have 3 teenagers and a little girl, and there was plenty of space for everyone, a smart tv in every room, and even an extra dining area with a pull out couch and private entrance, which had the feeling of a mother-in-law suite. The pool was very nice with plenty of outdoor seating, and a laundry room as well. This will be our go-to place in the future!
