Welcome to our Flower Room, an exceptional apartment located in the hyper-center of the pink city just 1 minute from the capitol. A real gem of 110m2, ideal for up to 6 travellers!

Our apartment is decorated in a Neo Antique style, subtly combining vintage and modern, entirely designed by Alain Zemlianoy, a famous architect from Toulouse.

The courtyard-facing apartment with a breathtaking view of the museum is relatively quiet and quiet.

Ideal location, located on Rue Saint-Rome; the oldest street in the Pink City, in the centre of Toulouse and only 1 minute from the famous Place du Capitole.

2 bedrooms with two double beds and a double sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 people!

The accommodation also includes a versatile mezzanine that can be used as a workspace or sleeping space for 2 people, a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dressing room, and brand new and designer furniture.

Enjoy a pleasant stay with modern and latest generation equipment. We offer free wifi, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions for your relaxing family moments.

Whether you are a family on holiday, friends on a getaway, a professional on a trip or looking for a love room for a romantic evening, our accommodation meets all needs.

Great location being so close of the Place du Capitol. The apartment is gorgeous and on a pedestrian street with a lot shoppings.

Beautiful place, great location, some caveats…

This place is beautiful and in an excellent location. All the fixtures and surfaces are top quality! The place is huge, with tall ceilings and lovely windows. Our caveats: the listing says “onsite parking options include garage access.” There is no onsite parking, and in fact we couldn’t even get our little car close. There’s a public parking garage several blocks away. Then we had to haul all our stuff up from the garage, along several blocks of cobblestone lane, and up 2 flights of stairs. The listing says no elevator, but it does not indicate which level it’s on. We are two older women, and we were not prepared for this long and difficult haul. The directions were clear about accessing the apartment, but to get to the lockbox, I had to go down a stinky creepy alley located across from the apartment. I couldn’t see the front door or our pile of stuff from there. I hope you can find a better solution. We tried to make coffee but we couldn’t get it to work until I figured the grounds container was full. I opened it to find it packed full of moldy dried grounds. I had to clean all that up before we could use it. The listing says there’s a “spa tub” and “hot tub. In reality, there’s a large soaking bathtub, which is nice, but it’s not a “hot tub.” Also, no paper towels, bowls, or mugs. And finally, taste is subjective, be we found the abundance of faux flowers detracted from the otherwise elegant decor, and we worried about the dust they tend to collect.

Concernant l’accès, je suis vraiment désolée que cela ait été difficile pour vous. Il est vrai que l’appartement se trouve dans une zone piétonne historique de Toulouse, ce qui limite l’accès direct en voiture — je vais clarifier davantage cette information dans l’annonce pour éviter toute confusion à l’avenir. Je prends bonne note de vos remarques sur la cafetière, le manque de certains ustensiles et la description du bain. Le nécessaire a été fait depuis votre passage pour que ce type de désagrément ne se reproduise pas. Quant à la décoration florale, elle plaît à certains et moins à d'autres — je comprends parfaitement votre ressenti. Merci encore pour votre retour constructif, il nous aide à améliorer l’expérience de nos voyageurs. Je vous souhaite de très beaux prochains séjours.
