This was one of the most clean and well stocked properties we have rented in a number of years. The interior of the house is beautiful, actually better than what the photos show in the listing! The host communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing property, exactly as shown. We hosted a 10 person grad dinner, the outdoor space was fantastic for casual conversation and seating at the table for 10 for dinner. Everything needed for entertaining and a comfortable stay was there. The place was beautifully decorated, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks for providing the perfect space to celebrate our daughter’s uni graduation with family!

This home was wonderful to stay at. My family of 5 and my brother in laws family of 4 were comfortable in this space. The home is as beautiful in person as the pictures and the location was great. Quiet neighbourhood but close to lots of amenities. The host was very quick to respond to questions and even gave suggestions of things to do in the area. Will definitely be booking again!

The interior is exactly as presented on the website.. totally and beautifully renovated duplex in an older neighborhood, safe and quiet. The kitchen is more than fully equipped, very comfortable beds, good quality towels and robes, great covered outside deck, tastefully decorated. Was an excellent selection for our family reunion of 7 people. Host communications were timely and responsive, very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The cosy hippo was a wonderful family getaway! This is a very clean, beautiful home that has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space! The hosts were easy to communicate with and check in etc was very easy! We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Beautifully decorated, clean home with lots of space for a group. Stayed with a group of women and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Owners were easy to communicate with. Appreciated that we could fit three vehicles in the driveway. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The inside of this house is beautiful. The home has plenty of bedrooms and two large bathrooms one on each floor. Lovely kitchen. The neighborhood is old city and the houses are very close together.

Desirée and Nathan’s Cozy Hippo was above and beyond our expectations. They have literally thought of everything that their guests could possibly need during their stay. Immaculate. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and bedding, including multiple pillow options on each bed. We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay. (5 person curling team here for a bonspiel).
