This place was exactly what we wanted :) just enough room for the 4 of us , very clean cabin and property. Will definitely stay here again when we return to upstate NY!
We had a lovely stay! The house was neat, clean and perfectly-sized for three adults and two children. It was quiet and secluded but close to both the towns of Wilmington and Upper Jay, and to lots of hiking. We visited during a hot August week and the temperature in the house during the day and at night was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful home, in idyllic surrounds. Waking up to the morning birds was a priceless. The bbq is great, all appliances you could ever need. Spacious and light. The stream is a real treat too.
We have been staying in the Wilmington area for over 10 years and this is one of our favorite properties. The interior is clean and modern with a well stocked and immaculate kitchen. We enjoyed cooking our meals including on the backyard grill. The yard is peaceful and inviting and a wonderful place to relax. All within an easy drive of several hiking trails and Wilmington Town Beach. Even our teenagers approved. Communication with the host was easy and excellent. Hope to stay again soon.
Our family of four (w/ two young boys) had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful cabin! It was clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor space, and we all enjoyed the cozy atmosphere inside. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a perfect blend of nature and comfort!
Very pleased with our stay. House was clean, quite, and private -- just what we want when coming to the ADKs.Only 1 thing to note: the house was a bit dusty in spots, and the water took about 30 minutes to turn over. I suspect the house had been empty for a while, but not likely an issue during busier times of year.Would happily stay here again.

Cozy, nicely decorated mountain home
We came to the area to hike in the Adirondacks. This home was perfect for our group. Secluded, but still convenient to several fantastic hiking trails. It was a great place for us to come home after a long strenuous hike. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We also loved the warm floors on cold mornings! The contact person was very responsive to questions and had some great suggestions for dining out. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!
