About this property

A cozy stay on the river with a hot tub, fire pit, canoe and SUP boards.

A cozy 3 bedroom escape in the heart of downtown Mont Tremblant (Trembling Mountain), nestled on a quiet stream. SUP board or canoe right from the yard, relax in the private hot tub, and enjoy a bonfire under the stars. You can experience the peacefulness of the property while also having the convenience of being 5 minutes from downtown, or 10 minutes from the ski resort. The house has two units(the other is called The Backwoods), which can open up to each other for larger groups (8 ppl max).

A large property located on the Ruisseau Noir (Black River). The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the main level, beside the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom with a Queen bed is located upstairs. Also upstairs is a small office nook, and a second living room with a regular couch, as well as a day bed that pulls out to a Double bed. This living room is lovingly referred to as the Games Room, as it is stocked with many board games for your enjoyment.

The house has 2 units, but the only space that is shared between the 2 is the driveway for parking. There is plenty of space for parking for both units, we just ask that you park on the side closest to your unit to ensure you leave room fore other guests. Each unit has it's own private entrance, private kitchen, private bathroom, private patio, private BBQ, private bonfire pit & private hot tub.

In the summer months, the 2 units share the access to the river, as well as access to the 2 SUP boards and 1 canoe.

About the host

Hosted by Dalyn Humphrey

Host profile image
Hi! We're Mike and Dalyn, with 8 years experience and Superhosts on Airbnb https://www.airbnb.ca/users/show/21085000.

We live in Ottawa, Ontario. We love to travel, but when we are home we enjoy spending time with friends & family, and having adventures outdoors.
We love staying in airbnb's when we travel, so we thought we would offer up our cottage so that other's can enjoy ALL that Mont Tremblant has to offer!

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Mont Tremblant and have made so many memories with our family here. We love the peaceful river, the access to shops and restaurant's in town, and walking, biking, and cross country skiing on the bike path next to our home. Our favourite thing is just looking out the window and spotting newborn deer passing through.

What makes this property unique

Our property has things to do all year, whether its playing on the river with a canoe or a standup paddle board. Walking, running, biking or skiing on the trail. Enjoying a barbeque or firepit outside. Staying in and playing boardgames with friends and family. Or soaking in that hot tub and looking out on the river all year long.
