This is the equivalent of a youth hostel.
Good location. Good communication. Bathroom, toilet, sinks and fridge are shared. Laundry machines available. No dryer. You hang up your clothes outside in the front. This is a a split condo with four rooms a piece. They are small with bunk beds and are clean. A bit pricey for the equivalent of a a private room in a yiuth hostel.

Place is super well located, but not clean
The place even if it is small is great for staying near Shinjuku, beds are confortable and bathroom and shower are nice, even if they're shared with the others. The only big issue is that personal don't clean enough, pillow covers weren't clean or changed and so the blankets, they were really stinky. Owner should put more atention into those details.
