Waterfront Bancroft Cottage - Family friendly waterfront

Lake Baptiste awaits. Offering out family cottage for week long summer rentals. We are 15 minutes from both Bancroft and Maynooth. We are approximately 3 Km from the boat launch in a quiet bay. The bay has amazing pike fishing, bass fishing and occasionally black crappie. All can be caught from our dock. Dock fishing also yield lots of sunfish, rock bass and perch for kids. For those with boats, walleye/pickerel fishing is good too.

The modern cottage offers the following amenities;

3 piece bathroom with a brand new modern shower.
Mounted flat screen tv with Netflix and Sportsnet.
DVD player and dvds.
Full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery.
Soap, dish soap, Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels provided.
Pack and play crib and high chair for babies and toddlers.
Deck with propane BBQ, table, umbrella and 6 chairs.
Chairs for lounging.
Dock for fishing and boating.
2 kayaks, 3 seat canoe, peddle boat, adult life jackets.
Water toys.
Parking for 4.
Firewood and fire pit.
Help yourself to whatever is in the fridge. We try to keep the cottage stocked with condiments like ketchup, mustard, relish, margarine, olive oil, vinegar, salt, paper, sugar, coffee, tea, maple syrup, hot sauce.
There is an herb garden with basil, thyme, sage, Rosemarie, oregano and parsley. Help yourself.

During July and August, rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Rentals outside of the summer are all negotiable but with a minimum of 2 nights.
