We have stayed at this location in the past. It's a great location, gated community and right on the river. Plenty of rooms, beds and ammentities with a club swimming pool and park for kids at the end of the road. *My only issue is there is NO hair or shower products - most VRBO locations I've stayed at in the past 3 months now have body gel, Shampoo and Conditioner in containers that are mounted in shower walls. Very inexpensive for a Host to add and nice little ammentity so people don't have to travel with shampoo and such or have to go purchase when they arrive. ---Other than that this place is 10/10.
We loved everything about this cabin! It was very spacious and the location was nice in a gated community and what we loved the most right off the river!!

Had a lovely stay!
We had such a great time at this river home—we didn’t want to leave. The property is beautiful, with peaceful scenery all around and the view and sounds of the river nearby. The porch was our favorite spot. It’s perfect for sitting with coffee in the morning or just hanging out in the evening. And the fire pit was a highlight—there’s nothing better than sitting around a warm fire, especially with such a pretty view. The house itself had everything we needed and was really comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, well set up, and it was easy to settle in and enjoy the stay without worrying about anything. We left feeling totally relaxed and look forward to coming back!
We booked this house for a girls trip. Location was nice and having access to the river was very convenient and relaxing! The property was clean and the gated community was quiet. We did have some issues with check in. The code to the gated neighborhood was provided, but not to the actual home. Since the home is managed by a company, we had to wait a while before actually getting in touch with the owner who could tell us the code. There were also issues with the front door lock, and we had to leave out side and back doors. I’m assuming these issues have since been resolved. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!
Awesome home! Beautiful interior with plenty of room. And, incredible location... right on the river with a perfect fire pit. Home was very well appointed. We are all in our 50's and were looking for a great retreat for the weekend. This home fit the bill. Also, awesome service from Jamie (our guest consultant). Highly recommend!
This will be an excellent place to stay once the development is finished. The tubes provided by the property were great for floating in the river. The house was perfect!

Milestone Birthday
Exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful. Serene setting. 6 adults for a small birthday celebration was perfect. The road to get there was a little bumpy, but well worth the drive for this rental.
House was right on the river with easy access to enjoy it. It really needs a deep clean. If you’re coming from upstairs you see all of the dust on top of the kitchen cabinets and it’s A LOT. All of the a/c vents need cleaning. There is insulation in them all. The patio doors for living room and main bedroom need to be fixed. They don’t close properly at the top so bugs can come in at night if the inside lights are on. We made due with a towel at the top of doors but it for sure needs to be addressed as we fought flies all week. It’d be nice for the shelves in the showers to be fixed. I was told they are waiting on the tile person. The hand soap needs refilling. We had none in the kitchen and were left with half a roll of paper towels. We spent a lot of time at the cabin so we had to go in to town and buy extra of a few things. It was nice that there were extra fans for use in the bedrooms and plenty of blankets. Overall it fit our needs for the week.
We stayed at River Run with our family over Thanksgiving! The home was lovely, we played ping pong, cornhole, sat in the hot tub, made S’mores at the fire pit and enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch every morning!
It was great to be off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy nearby activities as well!
The house was absolutely amazing. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed all of the amenities. They had tubes and kayaks for the river. The kids loved the hot tub and fire pit. There’s plenty of board games to play with the family. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor was modern and beautiful. We grilled several times and had everything we needed. The area was very secluded so it felt like we had it all to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!
The cabin its self was very pretty and comfy! Although the drive to the cabin was a surprise but it is a work in the upcoming years ! It was nice to see deers and hogs around. The sound of the river was enjoyable to sit on the back and listen to
This was perfect for our family quick trip. We had 9 adults and two littles and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was beautiful and in a cute new community. The community is still being built but there was a playground and multiple access points to get down to the river. 10/10 would recommend and we are already planning our next trip. Loved it!
This house is fantastic! Beautiful, peaceful, fully stocked with everything you need. We had the best time and will most definitely be coming back. The river is beautiful and our 17 yo boys loved kayaking and fishing. They played golf both days at Cedar Creek and had a wonderful time. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. All around it was a blast. Plenty of room and very comfortable stay.
We took our son and his wife and two granddaughters 8 & 10. It was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. Loved the house and the outside living area was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t out exploring. It was our first time in the area and we were amazed at the beauty. We particularly loved listening to the birds. As the house is surrounded by woods there are lots of birds and wildlife. And of course the river was the big attraction. The setting was gorgeous and the kids spent every minute they could in the river building with the rocks. The beach is narrow but there was enough room to play. Just a note for those with small children, the river directly behind the house is rocky and swift but close to the shoreline was safe with supervision. The only issue we had was one AC went out but the response to our call was swift. Unfortunately a part was needed to be ordered so we had to dealwith it by using the AC fan to cool but it was actually too cold at times! Better than hot! One more note for those who like to cook. The kitchen is well stocked except for pots and pans! They are old and very scratched Teflon. Had there not been a Lacreuset Dutch oven (very unusual!) and another skillet I had brought, we would have had to purchase cookware. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back though. It was a wonderful week!
We had an amazing stay but have a few suggestions to improve the property for future guests. I will email those. We enjoyed the kayaks, the beautiful flowing river, the hot tub, the wonderful well-stocked kitchen, and the outdoor spaces!
This place is amazing! Our 12 year old and 8 year old triplets loved going down by the river and exploring. The river is shallow unless they open the gates and it rises about a foot and flows pretty strong so you definitely want to keep an eye on it and the kids. There's movement when it's down but not strong. The kids waded around and played in it having so much fun. The community is just being built so there was hardly anyone else there. We will most definitely be looking here for our future annual stays!
